Feedback for VETS5022 e-Learning Modules

The e-Learning Modules (delivered within the VETS5021 BlackBoard site via an embedded website interface) is a new initiative designed to enhance the delivery of lecture content when accessed for self-directed learning.

In order to reflect on the usefulness of these modules for student learning we are seeking your feedback via a short one page survey. This survey, will ask for your feedback about the following topics:

1. The usefulness of the various module aspects/ components

2. The positive and negative aspects of the module format

3. Comparison with the more traditional Blackboard formats

4. Your suggestions for improvement

Your participation is voluntary, responses will be anonymous, and results will not be generated, analysed, released or published in any identifiable form. Collated responses from all respondents will be examined, with this data used specifically to improve VETS5021 for 2015. Your feedback will make a difference! Results from this survey will be used for internal review purposes, preparation of reports and may contribute to peer-reviewed publications in the veterinary education literature.

The questionnaire will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and involves ticking relevant boxes, and answering a small number of ‘open-ended’ questions for additional comments. By completing the questionnaire you are indicating your consent to participate in the study. You are free to withdraw from this survey at any time by contacting the researcher and participation is voluntary. If you have any further questions in relation to this survey, please feel free to contact me (details below).

This study has been approved by the ethical review process of The University of Queensland.  Whilst you are free to discuss your participation in this study, or the results, with me, if you would like to speak to an officer of the University not involved in the study, you may contact the Ethics Officer on 07 3365 3924
